PET baler - The electronic cut-off switches were removed and by-passed in a manner which allowed the machine to continue operating at all times. All the switches were placed in a milk crate on top of the automatic wire tie section of the baler, on or about June 27, 2014.  Master Recycling Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949341, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 15112 Packinghouse Drive, Dade City, FL.
