Work site located at 1153 Colfax Street, Blair, NE:  Employees were observed working on a residential roof performing roofing activities without any type of fall protection system in use.  The employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 8 feet.    Reyes Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 798201, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 11, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 814 S. 201st Street, Elkhorn, NE.

The ladder was also not secured at its top to a rigid support.     Reyes Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in  OSHA inspection number 798201, Citation #1, Item #2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 11, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 814 S. 201st Street, Elkhorn, NE.
