29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:     a) Holecomb Drive and Bernard Court, Hillsborough, NJ: Employees was observed truss framing operations at a height of approximately 25' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards.    Condition observed on or about June 28, 2014.  ACC General Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 945253, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 13 French Drive, Hillsborough, NJ.
