29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or conventional fall protection systems: a. On or about June 17, 2014, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing roofing removal on an elevated surface, without means of conventional fall protection. PLEASE NOTE THAT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED. Lido Holding, Inc. Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316325976, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 7500 Nw 4th Place, Margate, FL 33063.
