29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 10 ft to exposed and energized power lines: a) 774 South 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employees had erected, worked on and dismantled a fabricated framed scaffold 5 sections high within 10 feet of the energized 13.2kv electrical power lines. This hazard exposed the employees to a shock/electrocution hazard. This condition was observed on or about June 13, 2014.
