29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a) Jobsite: The employees had erected, worked on, and dismantled a fabricated frame scaffold 3 sections high within 3 feet of the service drop (110/220 kv). This hazard exposed the employees to a shock/electrocution hazard. Observed on or about 7/6/2016.
