29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about June 17, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that there was safety data sheets for containers of hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, gasoline and acetone, stored in a truck where employees were utilizing hand tools.
