29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about February 9, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in commercial roofing operations were exposed to 20-foot fall hazard without means of fall protection. Tile Pro of West Palm Beach, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903561 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 30 with respect to a workplace located at 100 Riverwalk Circle East in Plantation, Florida. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
