29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 6/30/14 at the Texas de Brazil located at 1 Walden Galleria Space P-101, Buffalo, New York; employee were using an extensible boom aerial lift to apply exterior finishes to the building. The employee were not wearing safety harnesses while using the lift. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
