The employer used the fork extensions to hoist and hold peanut combine harvester components, dump cart, and harvester baskets in place during assembly, thus exposing employees to unstable loads, ejection, and struck-by hazards.     Colombo N.A., Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 786161, citation number 1, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/31/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1301 Industrial Blvd., Adel, Georgia.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED
