At the worksite, located at 4175 State Route 257, Ostrander, Ohio, a hydraulic drill machine, operated by an employee, made contact with an existing energized 69 kV overhead circuit.  The employee was injured by electric shock and hospitalized, thereby exposing the employee to an electrocution hazard.
