29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1):  For each employee engaged in a task identified on 29 CFR 1926.1153 Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.  a.) 142 Mower Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202- On or about February 16, 2023, employees were operating a Reed Drill 345 vehicle mounted drilling rig, model number 1D09F10, to drill holes in the limestone rock, and did not use a low flow water spray to wet the dust at the discharge point of the dust collector causing a plume of dust to surround the operator.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
