29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv): Cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds were used as a means of access or egress. (a) 416 Adams Street, Fairmont: During the scaffold erection process employees used the structural members of the walkthrough frame scaffold to access the working platform. Employees were exposed to a falls while climbing up and down on the cross bracing, as determined on or about 06/19/2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
