29 CFR 1910.110(e)(4)(iii): Permanent and removable fuel containers were not securely mounted to prevent jarring loose, slipping, or rotating:  a) Dock Stations department - The holding latch used to secure the propane gas cylinder on the Nissan forklift truck Model # MCPIF2A25LV was missing, leaving the cylinder unsecured. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.

Employees were exposed to respiratory system irritation.
