29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: (a)Reynna Construction @ 1001 Robertson St., Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before July 5th, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that the warning line that was being utilized as a fall protection system for employees conducting roofing activities on a flat roof of a multi-family apartment complex, was erected around all sides of the roof work area. The warning line system was not erected on the south side of the flat roof where employees were working. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet.
