29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: (a) Reynna Construction at 4800 Wheaton Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525: On and before July 25, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that the warning line that was being utilized as a fall protection system for employees conducting roofing activities on a flat roof of a of a commercial building was erected around all sides of the roof work area. The warning line system was not erected on the portions of the west and north sides of the flat roof where employees were working. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet.
