29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Custom On-Site, Inc. at 2749 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205: On or before July 8, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was working on the top plate late of an interior wall and was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
