29 CFR 1910.180(c)(2): The cab(s) of locomotive crane(s) were not provided with a load rating chart with clearly legible letters and figures which was easily visible to the operator while seated at the control station:  Nicholson Terminal and Dock Company, Ecorse Facility, the employer did not ensure a load rating chart was provided and accessible to the operator of an American Locomotive Crane Model # 250-A, S/N R-1076-1 used to load steel billets onto rail cars there by exposing employees to a struck by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel:   Nicholson Terminal and Dock, Lower Machine shop, in the Machinist workroom, an abrasive wheel bench grinder, was not provided with a tongue guard for abrasive wheel on the left side of grinder there by exposing employees to a struck by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): All lamps for general illumination shall be protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard.   Nicholson Terminal and Dock, in the lower machine shop, a light fixture used to illuminate machinist workspace was not properly guarded to prevent accidental contact or breakage there by exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
