29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about July 9, 2014 employees required to work from a residential roof were not provided with fall protection training to recognize or minimize the hazards associated with a fall.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      On July 9, 2014 employees were not protected from a fall while roofing a residential property, exposing employees to a fall of 13'8".   Xavier Flores dba Aaron's Roofing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936528015, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5672 Knollwood, Rockford, Illinois.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
