29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) The employer did not ensure that employees conducting roofing work on a residential building were utilizing the fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet. Vidmar Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 705018, citation number 01, item number 012 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2012, with respect to a workplace location at N25 W24129 River Park Drive in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Vidmar Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92150, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2011, with respect to a workplace location at 18880 West Bluemound Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
