29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Carin Construction, LLC at 2714 N. Gibralter Way, Aurora, CO 80019: On July 11, 2014 the employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 6 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to at least approximately 30 feet. The Carin Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948717, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7768 Gunsight Pass, Littleton, CO 80127.
