29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2): Mid-rails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high: (a) Jobsite, Building One, 145 Harmony Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057: On or before July 15, 2014, an employee was working to install siding at approximately 8 feet 2 inches without a mid-rail installed.
