The employee was not using fall protection. M&M Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902477, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/13/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 215 Tudor Lane, The Oaks Apartments, Manchester, CT. M&M Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315555771, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Todd Road, Wolcott, CT.
