A competent person had not conducted frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment. White Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312892896, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 412 1St. Avenue, Colona, IL 61241.
