Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about May 10, 2024, employees performing roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet and the employer had not ensured a suitable fall protection system was used.
