29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- 120 US Highway 130 South, Bordentown NJ  A company employee was exposed to fall hazards (in excess of 60 feet to the ground surface below) when attempting to measure and paint exterior lettering on a silo without any fall protection.  The exposed employee was working from an elevated manlift basket, of an articulating boom lift.  Condition observed on or about 07/17/14.
