29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  a) 200 South Avenue, Building C- 4, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Employees were engaged in residential construction activities six feet or more above the lower levels in that they were installing new roof trusses with no fall protection systems in place.   Condition observed on or about 09/27/14.    AMA Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963258, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/29/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10-16 Alfred Avenue, Somerset, NJ 08873.
