29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501: a) Lot #68 Loder Drive, Timber Mills, Smyrna, DE - employees were conducting frame carpentry work on the exterior walls of a residential construction project working at an unguarded opening, approximately 20 feet above grade, and were not protected from falling to that lower level by any means of fall protection. The violation was observed on or about July 11, 2014.
