29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot 50, Estates at Cedar Lane, Scott Ct, Middletown,DE- On October 27, 2015 the employer failed to provide fall protection to two employees who were installing sheathing on the roof of a residence. The employees were installing sheathing at approximately 18 feet above ground level without any means of fall protection. The employer, Enoch Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985798, citation 1, number 1, _ and was affirmed as a final order on 9/18/14), with respect to a workplace located at Lot 68 Loder Drive, Timber Mills, Smyrna, Delaware.
