29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: This violation was observed on or about July 17, 2014, the employer did not develop specific written lockout/tagout procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, Ursviken press brake (ID #UVB 1A), Seamer #2 (ID # Seamer 2 1A) and the Small Parts Transfer Cart exposing employees to the hazards of being caught in and struck by machinery.
