29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998] a) On or about 07/22/14 in the maintenance shop the employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as but not limited to (Purple Magic) with a pH of 13.3. Eye wash station was not readily available for immediate emergency use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED :
