29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 18-22 Grace Drive, Evesham, NJ: On or about 7/21/2014, two SBN Construction employees conducting framing work on a new construction multi-story townhome style residence were observed exposed to fall hazards of between 8 and 18 feet. The employees were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
