29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: a- Townhouse Unit A005A, Hainesport NJ:: A company worker was exposed to struck by hazards when using a pneumatic nailer, without eye/face protection, while performing framing other related activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 01/08/26. SBN Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1585014, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 124 Kohlmyer Drive, Pennsauken NJ.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a-Townhouse Unit A005A, Hainesport NJ: On or about 01/08/26 a worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet when installing fascia boards onto the ends of roof trusses and performing other related activities while walking and working from a residential townhouse row's exterior wall top plates. SBN Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1585014, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 124 Kohlmyer Drive, Pennsauken NJ.
