29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a)Roofcraft, Inc. at 801 Zerex St, Fraser, CO 80442: On and before July 11, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet or more above a lower level were protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, in that, employees waterproofed first and second level balcony decks without fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 and 20 feet.
