29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid:  Employees working on Rig #5 located five miles north and 1/2 mile west of Dighton, Kansas at the drilling location of SEC 24, TWP 17, R 29, 841 fsl, 654 fel were exposed to health hazards associated with delayed medical care such as but not limited to electrical shock, burns, amputations, and fractures.  The employees had not been trained in CPR or First Aid.  Landmark Drilling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961511, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (May 1st, 2014), with respect to a workplace located at Rig #6, SEC 31, TWP 14, R 31, 1370 fnl, 1130 fwl, Oakley, Kansas.
