Only one of the three employees installing siding with pneumatic nail guns was wearing eye protection, safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Garage roof of residence at 1530 Roswell Manor circle, Roswell, Georgia. Three employees were working from unprotected low slope, 4 in 12, pitched roof without fall protection. The employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 10-feet 7-inches as no guardrails or safety nets had been installed and the employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest systems.
