29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof of townhouse residence at 644 Dunbrody Drive, Milton, Georgia. Employees were working from unprotected steep slope, 7 in 12 pitched, roof without fall protection. The employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 24-feet 6-inches as no guardrails or safety nets had been installed and the employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest systems.
