29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(v): In every inside storage room there shall be maintained one clear aisle at least 3 feet wide. Containers over 30 gallons capacity shall not be stacked one upon the other. Dispensing shall be by approved pump or self-closing faucet only. On or about July 22, 2014; at the east of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to work in a facility with 55 gallon drums with the height of each drum approximately 34.5in each, containing Lacquer Thinner stacked upon the other, exposing employees to falling objects and or struck-by hazard.
