29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction Site: On or about July 25, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately thirty feet to the ground while installing a roofing membrane on a flat roof. 4M Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 97495, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5160 Midland Road, Billings MT.
