On or about 25 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, three extinguishers located within the office area were not identified so that they could be readily accessed, exposing the employees in the office to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting. On or about 25 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide training of employees regarding the use of a fire extinguisher and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting, exposing the employees to a fire hazard. The employer expects all employees to use a fire extinguisher against incipient stage fires.
