29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) On or about 7/28/14, aisles in warehouse #2 were obstructed with pallets of product either completely blocking the aisle, or not providing sufficient safe clearances for forklifts to operate. (b) Sufficient safe clearance was not provided near the driver check-in office at the loading dock in warehouse #2 as demonstrated with a damaged railing protecting the pedestrian area.
