Less Than 300 V - minimum distance required - 3 feet Between 300 V and 50 KV - minimum distance required - 10 feet a) Scaffold on Elm St.: Workers engaged in stucco activities from a 4 frame high tubular welded scaffold approximately 5 feet from a 13KV Primary were exposed to an electrocution hazard, on or about 4/3/2014. b) Scaffold on Elm St.: Workers engaged in stucco activities from a pump jack scaffold touching the 240V secondary were exposed to an electrocution hazard, on or about 4/3/2014. c) Scaffold on the roof.: Workers engaged in stucco activities from a 1 frame high tubular welded scaffold approximately 1 foot from the 240V secondary were exposed to an electrocution hazard, on or about 4/3/2014.
