29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1099 Saint Georges Avenue, Colonia, NJ 07067. The employer allowed his employee to work on and from the roof of a commercial building with no fall protection system in place, exposing him to fall hazards in excess of 10 ft. to the ground below. Condition occurred on or about 07/29/14.
