29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) During construction of new commercial building space at the North end of Mocci Greenwood Plaza, hard hat protection was not worn by an employee while performing duties on the ground beneath an elevated man-lift platform; exposing the employee to struck-by hazard of falling tools such as saw and hammer. Condition(s) were noted on or about 4/06/2015.
