To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require that all alloy steel chains are equipped with permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.    b) The employer does not require alloy steel slings to have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity and reach.  This violation was most recently observed at 275 North Queen Street, Shippensburg on July 31st, 2014, where alloy steel slings located in the Small Blast Area did not have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.  To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require that all alloy steel chains are equipped with permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.      c) The employer does not require alloy steel slings to have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity and reach.  This violation was most recently observed at 275 North Queen Street, Shippensburg on July 31st, 2014, where alloy steel slings located in the Osborn Shakeout Area did not have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.  To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require that all alloy steel chains are equipped with permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.      d) The employer does not require alloy steel slings to have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity and reach.  This violation was most recently observed at 275 North Queen Street, Shippensburg on July 31st, 2014, where alloy steel slings located in the SPO Shakeout Area did not have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.  To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require that all alloy steel chains are equipped with permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.      e) The employer does not require alloy steel slings to have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity and reach.  This violation was most recently observed at 275 North Queen Street, Shippensburg on July 31st, 2014, where alloy steel slings used to secure ladles to the forklift while being transferred from furnace to pour deck did not have identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.  To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require that all alloy steel chains are equipped with permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.
