29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: The employer did not ensure that all containers of hazardous chemicals labeled with the chemicals' identity. This violation occurred on or about July 29, 2014, at times prior thereto and at times thereafter, in the panel parts area; where employees, who were operating on the piercing machine, were exposed to chemical hazards from Superfilm Hydraulic Oil which was in an unlabeled soda bottle.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings, or alternatively, words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: The employer did not ensure that all containers of hazardous chemicals were labeled with the appropriate hazards warnings. This violation occurred on or about July 29, 2014, at times prior thereto and at times thereafter, in the panel parts area; where employees, who were operating on the piercing machine, were exposed to chemical hazards from Superfilm Hydraulic Oil which was in an unlabeled soda bottle.
