29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a)Martinez, Jose dba Diablos Construction at 1814 Blue Star Lane, Louisville, CO 80027: On and before August 2nd, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes. Diablos Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 482259, citation number 1, item 1, issued July 2, 2012 and became a final order on August 6, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5126 Stardust Lane, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
