29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length, extended over its support more than 12 inches: a) 15-19 Pratt Street, Bristol, CT. Job Site - On or about 8-5-14 - Employees were exposed to a 28 foot fall hazard from a roof bracket scaffold platform that extended over the end support by 6 feet creating a cantilevered tipping hazard.
