(b) On or about July 22, 2014 for the employee who was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the exterior of the building and eight feet to the interior of the building while walking top plates when installing floor sheeting at the Hunters Run Apartments, Garage Building A, Watford City, ND.
