29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system. (a) Adamson Construction & Investment LLC, at 8133 E. 29th Place, Denver, CO 80238: On or before August 4, 2014, the controlling employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two subcontractor employees were standing on an exposed deck of an apartment building with a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
